You have 10 days from your order delivery date to submit your request via email. Send your return request to email@example.com.
Please include your name and order number in the subject line.
All garments must be unworn and in new sellable condition in order to be accepted for return or store credit.
You may return your order for store credit, or a full refund. If you choose to return for store credit, you will be sent a pre-paid return label for free of charge!
You may also bring the item to our physical store at 55 N Broadway for a return/exchange. Please still send a return request and wait for confirmation before stopping in.
If you choose to return for a refund you will be sent a return label, and a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping costs once we receive your package.
Sale items are Final Sale. No returns.
